Our equipment is designed for adults, however some in their early teens may be able to participate.
Yes. It is of the upmost importance that any medical condition or disability must be discussed with us prior to the event and preferably at the booking stage.
This depends entirely upon the activity, do contact us for guidance. Parental consent necessary for under 16 yrs.
We can provide a buffet lunch for about £10 – £12 pp, this has to be pre booked with your activity. Alternatively the golf club offers good value meals and snacks. High House Brewery is nearby and also recommended for light meals and beer – afterwards!
We can provide overalls and head protection when relevant, however we would recommend you bring warm and wet weather clothing along with a pair of sturdy shoes / boots.
We reserve the right to deny the activity to any person who we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A refund will not be given.
Yes, our terms are a deposit on booking, then the balance three weeks beforehand.
(However, we can often run events at shorter notice.)
It depends on the type of activity, (usually within 25 minutes of Newcastle City Centre.)
Rock climbing, abseiling and caving — they may be a little further away!
We can often organise a minibus for your group and offer suggestions for accommodation, and certainly pubs.
